Section 71-398Registration; when required.
Registration shall be required before any person may act as a guest artist, guest body artist, cosmetician, student, apprentice, student instructor, or temporary practitioner, and no person shall assume any title indicative of any of such areas of activity without first being registered by the department under the Nebraska Cosmetology Act.
