Section 71-373Board of Cosmetology Examiners; created; purpose.
There is hereby created the Board of Cosmetology Examiners as the direct and only successor to the Board of Cosmetologist Examiners. The purpose of the Board of Cosmetology Examiners is to advise the department in administering the Nebraska Cosmetology Act and all rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such act, in accordance with the findings and intent of the Legislature, in order to protect the health and safety of the citizens of Nebraska.
