Section 71-1,389
Rules and regulations.

The department, upon recommendation of the board, shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the Physical Therapy Practice Act. All rules and regulations adopted and promulgated under this section prior to July 14, 2006, shall be effective until revised, amended, repealed, or nullified pursuant to law.
