Section 71-1,338Mental health practice; violations; penalty; disciplinary action.
Any person who violates any provision of the Uniform Licensing Law related to mental health practice shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor, and any such violation by a person licensed or certified pursuant to sections 71-1,295 to 71-1,338 shall be cause for disciplinary action as provided in sections 71-147 to 71-161.18.
