Section 71-1,330
Certified marriage and family therapist; certificate; renewal; continuing competency requirements.

Each certified marriage and family therapist shall, in the period since his or her certificate was issued or last renewed, complete continuing competency activities as required by the board pursuant to section 71-161.09 as a prerequisite for certificate renewal.
