Section 71-1,326
Certified professional counselor; certificate; renewal; continuing competency requirements.

Each certified professional counselor shall, in the period since his or her certificate was issued or last renewed, complete continuing competency activities as required by the board pursuant to section 71-161.09 as a prerequisite for certificate renewal.
