Section 71-1,206.17
Person licensed under prior law and certified as a clinical psychologist; renewal.

A person who is licensed as a psychologist and certified as a clinical psychologist under the law in effect immediately prior to September 1, 1994, shall be deemed to have met all requirements for licensure under section 71-1,206.15 and shall be eligible for renewal of licensure in accordance with the Uniform Licensing Law.

    One who sought to be certified as qualified to practice clinical psychology as an existing practitioner under the provisions of section 71-3836 had the burden of proving engagement in the full-time practice of clinical psychology as of December 1, 1976.
