Section 71-1,186.01Legislative intent.
It is the intent of the Legislature, through sections 71-1,186 to 71-1,196, to safeguard the life and health of the citizens of this state and to ensure that the audiologists and speech-language pathologists serving the public meet minimum standards of proficiency and competency.
