Section 71-1,132.14
Nursing; license; examination; requirements.

An applicant for a license as a registered nurse or as a licensed practical nurse shall pass an examination in such subjects as the board may determine. The department shall give notice of the time and place of all examinations required by the Nurse Practice Act. Upon the applicant's passing such examination and meeting all other requirements for licensure, the department, upon the recommendation of the board, shall issue to the applicant a license to practice nursing as a registered nurse or as a licensed practical nurse.
