Section 71-1,132.09Board of Nursing; meetings; officers; quorum.
The board, at the last scheduled meeting of the calendar year, shall elect from its members a president, vice president, and secretary, each of whom shall hold office for one year. The board shall hold at least three regular meetings each year upon such dates and times as may be determined by the board. A quorum shall be a simple majority of the appointed members of the board.
