Section 71-1,107.02
Department; temporary educational and visiting faculty permits; issue; when.

The department, upon the recommendation of the Board of Medicine and Surgery, shall have authority, in the department's discretion, to issue temporary educational permits and visiting faculty permits to qualified applicants in accordance with sections 71-1,107.01 to 71-1,107.14.
