Section 71-169Rules and regulations; department; adopt.
The Department of Health and Human Services Regulation and Licensure shall promulgate necessary rules and regulations and forms for carrying out the provisions of the Uniform Licensing Law. It may also adopt rules and regulations supplementing any of the provisions herein contained but not inconsistent therewith.
