Section 71-105
Credential; form; how executed.

Every credential to practice a profession shall be in the form of a document under the name and seal of the department and signed by the Director of Regulation and Licensure and the Governor. It shall also be countersigned by the members of the appropriate professional board, except that all credentials granted without examination may be issued by the department under its name and seal and signed by its director and the Governor. A copy of all credentials shall be retained in the department and given the same number as has been assigned to the credentialed person in the other records of the department.
