2006 Nebraska Revised Statutes - § 67-466 — Act; applicability.

Section 67-466
Act; applicability.

The Uniform Partnership Act shall apply to any partnership formed prior to January 1, 1998, which is not governed by the Uniform Partnership Act of 1998 as provided in sections 67-464 and 67-465.
