Section 67-343Partner's right to an accounting; time of accrual.
The right to an account of his interest shall accrue to any partner, or his legal representative, as against the winding-up partners or the surviving partners or the person or partnership continuing the business, at the date of dissolution, in the absence of any agreement to the contrary.

- An agreement between partners that an accounting will be made when accounts receivable are collected prevents the accrual of the right to an accounting at the time of dissolution. Barthuly v. Barthuly, 192 Neb. 610, 223 N.W.2d 429 (1974).
The partnership agreement in many respects is the law of the partnership. Bailey v. McCoy, 187 Neb. 618, 193 N.W.2d 270 (1971).
