Section 54-719
Tuberculin tests; cattle from other states.

The Department of Agriculture may, in its discretion, require all cattle shipped into the state for breeding or dairy purposes to be tested for tuberculosis after their arrival in the state under rules and regulations which may, from time to time, be promulgated by the department.
