Section 45-1018Licensees; annual reports.
A licensee shall on or before March 1 of each year file with the department a report of the licensee's earnings and operations for the preceding calendar year, and its assets at the end of the year, and giving such other relevant information as the department may reasonably require. The report shall be made under oath and shall be in the form and manner prescribed by the department.
