Annotations:
    Under former law cash reserve of state bank should have been at least fifteen percent of deposits. Luikart v. Hunt, 124 Neb. 642, 247 N.W. 790 (1933).

    Under former law bank must have maintained a reserve of at least fifteen percent of its deposits. State ex rel. Davis v. Farmers State Bank of Winside, 112 Neb. 380, 199 N.W. 812 (1924).

    This section cited, with other sections, as showing that some form of deposits was contemplated as an integral part of the business of banks. Gamble v. Daniel, 39 F.2d 447 (8th Cir. 1930).
