71-3-526. Amount of lien. (1) A person who has furnished services or materials pursuant to a real estate improvement contract is entitled to a lien for the unpaid part of the person's contract price, subject to the provisions of 71-3-524.

(2) A person's lien is reduced by the sum of the liens of persons claiming construction liens through that person.
