61-3-455. Violation a misdemeanor. A person who violates 61-3-414, 61-3-458, or 61-3-460 or who knowingly and wrongfully attempts to secure license plates under 61-3-332, 61-3-414, 61-3-458, or 61-3-460 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both.
