40-16-104. Applicable law

Universal Citation: MT Code § 40-16-104 (2021)

40-16-104. Applicable law. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this part, the law applicable to arbitration is Title 27, chapter 5.

(2) In determining the merits of a family law dispute, an arbitrator shall apply the law of this state, including its choice of law rules.
