70-20-310. Conveyance in joint tenancy -- right of survivorship

70-20-310. Conveyance in joint tenancy -- right of survivorship. In all conveyances of real property made in joint tenancy where the right of survivorship is contained in the grant of such conveyance, the right of survivorship exists by virtue of such grant.
