70-28-106. Notice of action to be filed with clerk and recorder. Before any order for the publication of summons is granted as provided in Rule 4, M.R.Civ.P., the plaintiff shall file, in the office of the clerk and recorder of each county in which any of the property involved in the action is situated, a notice of the pendency of the action, signed by the plaintiff or the plaintiff's attorney. The notice must contain:

(1) the title of the court in which the action is filed;

(2) the full caption of the cause;

(3) a complete description of all the property involved in the action; and

(4) a statement of the relief sought by the plaintiff.
