35-1-625. Share options
Universal Citation: MT Code § 35-1-625 (2019)
35-1-625. (Temporary) Share options. A corporation may issue rights, options, or warrants for the purchase of shares of the corporation. The board of directors shall determine the terms upon which the rights, options, or warrants are issued, their form and content, and the consideration for which the shares are to be issued. (Repealed effective June 1, 2020--secs. 269, 274, Ch. 271, L. 2019.)
