35-1-533. Voting agreements
Universal Citation: MT Code § 35-1-533 (2019)
35-1-533. (Temporary) Voting agreements. (1) Two or more shareholders may provide for the manner in which they will vote their shares by signing an agreement for that purpose. A voting agreement created under this section is not subject to the provisions of 35-1-532.
(2) A voting agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable. (Repealed effective June 1, 2020--secs. 269, 274, Ch. 271, L. 2019.)
