35-1-423. Resignation of directors

Universal Citation: MT Code § 35-1-423 (2019)

35-1-423. (Temporary) Resignation of directors. (1) A director may resign at any time by delivering written notice to the board of directors, to its presiding officer, or to the corporation.

(2) A resignation is effective when the notice is delivered unless the notice specified a later effective date. (Repealed effective June 1, 2020--secs. 269, 274, Ch. 271, L. 2019.)
