35-1-229. (Temporary) Amendment before issuance of shares. If a corporation has not yet issued shares, its incorporators or board of directors may adopt one or more amendments to the corporation's articles of incorporation. (Repealed effective June 1, 2020--secs. 269, 274, Ch. 271, L. 2019.)
