35-1-119. Liability of and to ostensible corporations

35-1-119. (Temporary) Liability of and to ostensible corporations. All persons who assume to act as a corporation without authority so to do shall be jointly and severally liable for all debts and liabilities incurred or arising as a result thereof. (Repealed effective June 1, 2020--secs. 269, 274, Ch. 271, L. 2019.)
