53-7-204. Federal and other aid.


     53-7-204. Federal and other aid. (1) The department may apply for and receive federal aid money or other funding available for the programs provided for under this part.
     (2) Federal funds and other funding that may be available may be appropriated to the department for use in administering the provisions of this part.
