53-4-613. Employment and training program.
53-4-613. Employment and training program. In cases in which the department determines that participation in the employment and training program would be appropriate for a recipient of financial assistance, the recipient may be required to participate in employment and training as one of the conditions of the family investment agreement required under 53-4-606. The department may count education activities as an allowable work activity in a family investment agreement for up to 60 months in a FAIM project cash assistance program consistent with federal law.
