53-4-221. County department charged with local administration.


     53-4-221. County department charged with local administration. The local office of public assistance is responsible for the local administration and supervision of programs funded under the temporary assistance for needy families block grant, subject to the powers, duties, and functions prescribed for the office in chapter 2 of this title.
