2005 Montana Code Annotated - 72-35-206 — Proof of giving notice - conclusiveness of order.


     72-35-206. Proof of giving notice -- conclusiveness of order. (1) Proof of the giving of notice shall be made at or before the hearing to the satisfaction of the court.
     (2) If it appears to the satisfaction of the court that notice has been regularly given or that the party entitled to notice has waived, the court shall so find in its order. When the order becomes final, it is conclusive on all persons, whether or not in being.
