2005 Montana Code Annotated - 72-34-338 — Loans to beneficiary.


     72-34-338. Loans to beneficiary. The trustee has the following powers:
     (1) to make loans out of trust property to the beneficiary on terms and conditions that the trustee determines are fair and reasonable under the circumstances; and
     (2) to guarantee loans to the beneficiary by encumbrances on trust property.
