     72-15-211. Conflict of interest prohibited -- affidavit. The public administrator must not be interested in the expenditures of any kind made on account of any estate he administers; nor must he be associated, in business or otherwise, with anyone who is so interested; and he must attach to his report and publication, made in accordance with 72-15-207, his affidavit to that effect.
