2005 Montana Code Annotated - 53-20-209 — Eligibility for services.


     53-20-209. Eligibility for services. (1) Any person suspected of a developmental disability shall be eligible for an evaluation to determine whether the person is a person with developmental disabilities.
     (2) If the department determines through a screening process that a person with developmental disabilities is in need of available services and those services can be provided to him, the department may provide services available under this part and Title 53, chapter 20, part 3.
