2005 Montana Code Annotated - 53-20-118 — Venue for hearing.


     53-20-118. Venue for hearing. (1) Hearings held pursuant to this part must be held in the district court for the district in which the respondent resides or in which the residential facility is located to which the respondent is or is to be committed.
     (2) The cost of any hearing held pursuant to this part must be borne by the county where the respondent resides.
