     46-8-213. (Temporary) Appellate defender -- classification -- salary -- expenses. The appellate defender and staff must be classified according to the state classification pay plan and are entitled to salaries, wages, benefits, and expenses as provided in Title 2, chapter 18. (Repealed effective July 1, 2006--secs. 74, 80(2), Ch. 449, L. 2005.)
