     41-5-2011. Youth court intervention and prevention account -- statutory appropriation -- administration. (1) There is a youth intervention and prevention account in the state special revenue fund. The money in the account must be used for the youth court intervention and prevention programs authorized in this part. All unexpended funds remaining at the end of a fiscal year in the accounts established under 41-5-130(6) must be transferred to the account established in this subsection.
     (2) The youth intervention and prevention account is statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502, to the supreme court for the purposes of 41-5-2003(3). The office of the court administrator shall administer the account in accordance with rules adopted by the department of corrections.
