2005 Montana Code Annotated - 40-2-302 — Liability of spouse.


     40-2-302. Liability of spouse. The contracts made by a married person in respect to his individual property, labor, or services shall not be binding upon the person's spouse nor render him or his property liable therefor; but the contracting person and that person's individual property shall be liable on such contracts in the same manner as if such person were sole.
