2005 Montana Code Annotated - 40-1-210 — No license to be issued when applicants under influence of liquor or drug.


     40-1-210. No license to be issued when applicants under influence of liquor or drug. No license to marry shall be issued if, at the time of making application, either of the applicants is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drug.
