2005 Montana Code Annotated - 39-8-303 — Practice without license - investigation of complaint - injunction.
39-8-303. Practice without license -- investigation of complaint -- injunction. (1) The department shall investigate complaints concerning practice by an unlicensed person of activities for which a license is required under this chapter.
(2) The department may file an action to enjoin a person from practicing without a license as a professional employer organization or group.
