2005 Montana Code Annotated - 35-8-1004 — Registered office and registered agent of foreign limited liability company.

     35-8-1004. Registered office and registered agent of foreign limited liability company. Each foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in this state shall continuously maintain in this state:
     (1) a registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business; and
     (2) a registered agent who may be:
     (a) an individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office; or
     (b) a domestic corporation, a limited liability company, or a foreign corporation or foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in this state.
