2005 Montana Code Annotated - 17-8-408 — Settlement.


     17-8-408. Settlement. An action may be settled if the court determines after a hearing that the proposed settlement is fair, adequate, and reasonable under all the circumstances. In a private citizen's action in which the government attorney intervened and seeks a settlement, the private citizen may present evidence at the settlement hearing.
