15-31-909. (Temporary) Limitation on amount of credits. The total amount of the credits allowed under 15-31-907 and 15-31-908 may not exceed $1 million for each state-certified production. (Terminates January 1, 2010--sec. 17, Ch. 593, L. 2005.)
