Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 511
Effective - 28 Aug 1939511.560. Judgment revived by or against administrator de bonis non. — If an executor or administrator be plaintiff or defendant in a judgment or decree, and shall die, resign or be dismissed before the same is satisfied or carried into effect, the judgment or decree may be revived by or against the administrator de bonis non, in the manner aforesaid.
