• Effective - 28 Aug 2021, 2 histories99.843. Greenfield areas, no new projects to be designated, when. — Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 99.800 to 99.865 to the contrary, no new tax increment financing project shall be authorized in any greenfield area, as such term is defined in section 99.805.
