Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 59
Effective - 28 Aug 193959.080. Failure to give bond — penalty. — No recorder shall enter upon or officiate in his office before he has given such security, upon pain of forfeiting the sum of three hundred dollars, one-half to the county and the other half to him who shall sue for the same, to be recovered by civil action.
