Title XXXVIII CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT; PEACE OFFICERS AND PUBLIC DEFENDERS
Chapter 595595.065. Orders for payment, when effective. — Orders for payment of compensation pursuant to section 595.045 shall be made only as to injuries or death resulting from offenses occurring on or after July 1, 1982.
