Title XXXVIII CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT; PEACE OFFICERS AND PUBLIC DEFENDERS
Chapter 589589.675. Inspection and copying of addresses, when. — If the secretary deems it appropriate, the secretary may make a program participant’s address and mailing address available for inspection or copying to a person identified in a court order, upon the secretary’s receipt of such court order that complies with section 589.664*.
