Title XXXVI STATUTORY ACTIONS AND TORTS
Chapter 537537.220. Construction and application of sections 537.180 to 537.210. — Nothing in sections 537.180 to 537.210 shall be so construed as applying to or including the operation, construction or repairing of concentrating mills, flumes or tramways wholly above ground.
